You are the HABITS you create…

It takes 21 days to establish and 90 days to make it a part of your lifestyle.

But what is a habit?

A habit is a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.

Will we always stick to the habits we have established or tried to establish?
Not always.

Why?

Because we may find that it isn't that important to us. Because it's too hard. Because we aren't always motivated and disciplined. Because we don't always have that extra accountability.

Some of our daily habits could already include:

-Brushing your teeth twice a day

-Biting your nails

-Being early or late

-Taking out your contacts

-Making coffee

-Drinking a glass of water before coffee

-Eating

-Going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time

-Getting gas before you run out

-Eating breakfast

-Daily walks

The list goes on….

What are some daily habits you wish to create?

They could be:

-making your bed

-creating a clean work space

-setting one alarm

-daily movement

-less social media

-more reading

The list goes on...

Will we always stick to the habits we have established or tried to establish?

Not always.

Why?

Because we may find that it isn't that important to us. Because it's too hard. Because we aren't always motivated and disciplined. Because we don't always have that extra accountability.

Remember there is no quick fix. No magic pill. No special coffee. When you break down health and wellness it's actually pretty simple. Sleep, drink enough water, eat a balanced diet, and workout. The only thing that we don't allow us is the time it takes for all of these consistent habits to form. Discipline is rooted in your habits.

Discipline leads to habits.

Habits lead to consistency.

Consistency leads to growth.
