New’s flash, it’s 2025. You still don’t have to eat the foods you don’t like.

You don't have to try to like lettuce. 

You don't have to try to like tuna. 

You don't have to try to enjoy protein powder. 

And you sure as heck don't have to turn cottage cheese into literally anything. 

If you don't like something, you don't have to eat it. 

Simple as that.

Stop overthinking it. 

Eat enough food to fuel yourself, your workouts, your sleep. 

Eat fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, healthy fats, and protein. 

Eat foods you enjoy. If that chocolate cake, eat the chocolate cake. 

Add, not subtract. 

Keep it simple. 

Eat the foods you want and enjoy. 

Don't believe everything you see on the internet with the influencers. 

Because I can assure you that you still will not find me eating lettuce, there is not one protein powder I enjoy, and I will be eating candy weekly. 

Life is too damn short and it's 2025.
