I have a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness Management, a personal training certificate obtained over ten years ago, and a certification through Precision Nutrition. This educational background, combined with my extensive experience in the fitness industry, allows me to provide comprehensive guidance on health, fitness, and wellness. My goal as your trainer is to empower individuals to achieve sustainable health improvements and to help you cultivate a healthy relationship with both food and fitness.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and holistic health practices. My approach focuses on creating personalized fitness programs that cater to individual goals and needs, whether it’s weight management, strength training, or overall health and wellness.
